Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used consumable products may only be eligible for a refund if they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund, email support@naturalcannabisoil.shop with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will respond with next steps within 1-2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

Non-Refundable Items

Clearance items, gift cards, and shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
